Return Policy

  • The return must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused and unwashed condition with no visible damage.
  • The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges / refunds will be issued up to 30 days from the date the product was received.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. We recommend choosing a tracked courier service and also contact us prior to this.

Order cancellation

  • Order can only be cancelled up to 24h after purchase.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code can be returned for exchange / store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items, only items purchased at original RRP.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
